Free Halloween Craft Ideas

Materials:
- Milk jugs (use as many as you’d like)
- Permanent marker
- Scissors
- LED tea light candles or Christmas lights
- Duct tape
Instructions:
- Clean out the milk jugs.
- Use a permanent marker and draw a face on each milk jug.
- Carefully cut a piece out of the back of the jug so you can put lights inside it.
- Place the lights in the back of the jugs and line them up.
- Use a strip of duct tape to attach the jugs together and weigh them down.
